Our preferred caterer is Sea Level Oyster Bar of Newburyport. Located on the first floor of our building, Sea Level is expert in enhancing your event in this extraordinary space.
For larger gatherings, our 191-seat theatre is available to rent with the Lobby.
Lobby: Minimum of four hours at $500; additional time at $125/hour.
Theatre and Lobby: Minimum of four hours at $1,000; additional time at $250/hour.
