Tom Stoppard’s Tony Award-winning Best Play imagines the lives of two minor characters from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. As the story unfolds, they voice their confusion about the play that’s being performed without them, untangling bigger questions about life and death, reality and art. Written by Academy Award and four-time Best Play Tony Award winner Tom Stoppard (Shakespeare in Love, The Real Thing, and Arcadia), and directed by Seven Stages Shakespeare Company’s Co-Founder & Artistic Director Dan Beaulieu.
