SUMMARY:Godspell\, Live at the Farm

Reservations MUST be made in advance.* \n*IMPORTANT: If your party is FOUR adults or less\, you only need to purchase ONE POD. PODs are 10’x10′ and spaced 6′ apart from each other. Led by the international hit\, “Day by Day\,” Godspell features a parade of beloved songs\, including “Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord\,” “Learn Your Lessons Well\,” “All for the Best\,” “All Good Gifts\,” “Turn Back\, ‘O Man\,” and “By My Side.” \nA small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games\, storytelling techniques\, and a hefty dose of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs\, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville\, is employed as the story of Jesus’ life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion\, Jesus’ messages of kindness\, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life. \nBoasting a score with chart-topping songs\, a book by a visionary playwright (John-Michael Tebelak) and a feature film\, Godspell is a sensation that continues to touch audiences. \nDirectors: Carli Hamilton & Justin Knowlton \nMusic Director: Justin Knowlton \nChoreographer: Carli Hamilton \n  \nPurchase Tickets

SUMMARY:Second Act Readers Theater presents THE LION IN WINTER
DESCRIPTION:Tickets: $5 \nPurchase Tickets\n\nSibling rivalry\, adultery\, and dungeons – The Lion in Winter\, by James Goldman\, is a modern-day classic. Comedic in tone\, dramatic in action – the play tells the story of the Plantagenet family\, who are locked in a free-for-all of competing ambitions to inherit a kingdom. The queen\, and wealthiest woman in the world\, Eleanor of Aquitaine\, has been kept in prison since raising an army against her husband\, King Henry II. Let out only for holidays\, the play centers around the inner conflicts of the royal family as they fight over both a kingdom and King Henry’s paramour during the Christmas of 1183. As Eleanor says\, “Every family has its ups and downs\,” and this royal family is no exception. \nOur Second Act Readers Theater takes the stage to offer this full-length play. Multiple actors will play the same role and there will be light blocking to help tell the story. This is a rare opportunity for our actors to really delve into a single work – and only the second time our program has performed a full-length piece. \nThis show is not to be missed! \nPurchase Tickets
