Our Approach

As we return to the Arakelian Theater, we do so with your safety and the safety of our performers and staff foremost in mind – and will continue to meet or exceed the safety guidelines distributed by the CDC and the State of Massachusetts.

We will continue to minimize risk using all tools we have available and monitor guidance distributed by the CDC and the State of Massachusetts.

Before You Arrive

We ask that you screen yourself at home – Are you feeling sick? Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, loss of smell or taste, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, gastrointestinal issues? Have you been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

If you do not pass this screening checklist, we will offer to transfer your tickets to another performance at the Firehouse, however, we cannot refund them.

Please plan to exercise the Print-At-Home option for your tickets to expedite the entrance of all guests into the Theater. If you do not have access to a printer, please call our Box Office at 978-462-7336 and we will mail your tickets to you.
